怨みをもたず、怨みを抑え、忍辱をもって怨みを滅ぼす

　　　　　例えば乾いた薪に火を投げたら、その炎はどんどん燃え広がるだろう。怒りもまた同じである。

Do not hold a grudge, hold back your resentment, be patient and destroy your hatred.
　　　　 If you throw fire onto dry firewood, that fire will spread and grow. Anger is just like that.
